A week of feeding and sleep log pages, free
One page per day. Feeds, nappies, sleep. Big boxes, few words, nothing to work out — because you will be filling it in at 3am with one hand.
What it is for
Two reasons parents find a paper log useful. The first is that it replaces trying to remember. The second matters more: if feeding is not going well, the single most useful thing you can bring to a pediatrician or an IBCLC is a few days of actual data — how often, how long, how many wet and dirty nappies. It turns “I think he is feeding a lot?” into something a clinician can work with.
It is a tracker, not a target. There are no numbers printed on it that you are supposed to hit, deliberately — babies vary enormously and a page that implies otherwise would do more harm than good.
What is on each page
- Feeds — time, side or bottle, and roughly how long
- Nappies — wet and dirty, which is what gets asked about first
- Sleep — when they went down and when they woke
- A notes line, for anything that felt worth writing down
Send me the week
Enter your email and the printable arrives straight away. One email to deliver it, then only things relevant to the newborn stage. Unsubscribe in one click.
Opt-in not wired yet. Set site.kit.formId in src/lib/site.ts from Kit → Grow → Landing Pages & Forms. Until then this block renders no form rather than a dead one.
We collect an email address and the stage you tell us you are at. Nothing about your baby. Unsubscribe in one click, any time. We tag you as newborn so we only send things relevant to where you are right now.
Using it with a lactation consultant
If you are booking an appointment, bring three days of it. Most consultations start by establishing what is actually happening, and arriving with that already written down means the time gets spent on the problem rather than on reconstructing the week.
