What we found
- HB 487 (2026 Regular Session), "an act relating to the practice of lactation consultation", would have created licensed lactation consultants under the Kentucky Board of Nursing with an advisory council. It was referred to the House Licensing, Occupations and Administrative Regulations committee on 3 February 2026; no vote is recorded.
